• PropGuideFX does not guarantee any trading results or profits.

3. Intellectual Property

• You may not redistribute, resell, copy, or share course materials without explicit written permission from PropGuideFX.
• Access is granted to the individual purchaser only.
• Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in access termination without refund.

4. Payments

• All payments are accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency.
• Payment verification requires you to submit your Transaction ID (TXID) via Telegram @PropGuideFx.
• Access is activated within 1 hour of verified payment.
• Screenshots alone are not accepted as proof of payment — a valid TXID is required.

5. Limitation of Liability

PropGuideFX is not responsible for any trading losses incurred while applying concepts discussed in our educational materials. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You trade at your own risk.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
